Leah Metcalf, RLS/Owner

- Registered Licensed Surveyor – Tennessee (RLS), Kentucky (PLS) & Florida (PSM)
- FAA Remote Pilot & OSHA10 Certified
Leah started her career in the civil engineering field focusing on transportation safety and roadway design. Encouraged by her love for the outdoors, she transitioned into the land survey field. Her experience in civil engineering aids to anticipate the Client’s needs. Having started her career in Florida then moving to Tennessee has provided her with a vast understanding of the various survey methodologies used in data collection and boundary determination. Leah's passion in survey has encouraged to learn more about new technology and how it can be combined with conventional survey methods to help further our survey profession and apply it to other industries.
On her free time, she enjoys international travel, real estate investing, enjoying the outdoors or reading a good book.
Chris McCann/Owner
Chris has over 20 years of surveying experience, working under the supervision of many licensed engineers and land surveyors. Over his career, he has worked on many projects across the continental US.
Chris has managed projects involving complex surveying and construction layout staking and has a strong reputation for training entry-level field personnel and Engineers in Surveying practices, and the use of new technologies. He is a multi-talented leader who possesses a wealth of experience and knowledge.
On his free time, he enjoys riding his Harley, fishing, international travel and spending time with his family.
